✅ “Our Controlled Production Process” Timeline
ARCHIVE → MEMORY
Every piece begins as a concept archived from personal memory — inspired by real experiences, not trends.
MATERIAL SELECTION
We choose fabrics that protect skin, soil, water, and workers.
CONTROLLED GARMENT MANUFACTURING
Produced in limited quantities with ethical partners. No mass production. No shortcuts.
GRAPHIC & DETAIL DEVELOPMENT
We refine every placement, colour, stitch, and finish until it feels like part of the story.
SAMPLE TESTING
If it doesn’t meet our standard, it doesn’t get released. We don’t force drops.
NUMBERED RELEASE
Once approved, each garment is released in small, controlled batches to prevent waste.
PACKAGING
Shipped plastic-free with recycled or biodegradable materials.
AFTER-LIFE SUPPORT
Repairs, resizing recommendations, and care guides extend garment lifespan.
ARCHIVED
When it sells out, it’s retired — never mass-restocked. Forever part of the 163 Archives.
✅ Garment Care Guide
WASHING
- Cold wash only (30°C)
- Gentle cycle
- Wash inside out to protect graphics
- Use mild, natural detergent
- Avoid softeners (reduce absorbency & break down fibres)
DRYING
- Air dry
- Never tumble dry (shrinks & fades)
- Avoid direct sunlight to preserve colour
IRONING
- Inside-out, low heat
- Avoid printing areas
STORAGE
- Fold heavyweight garments to prevent stretching
- Store in cool, dry areas
✅ “The 163 Foundation”
THE 163 FOUNDATION — Impact shouldn’t be outsourced. Instead of donating blindly to external organisations, we’re building our own system that places transparency and measurable results first.
- Support communities impacted by pollution & textile waste
- Contribute to mental health and creative youth programs
- Fund local sustainability efforts
- Run annual “missions” to actively help, not just write cheques
Every mission will be documented so you can see exactly where your support goes.
This is how archives become action.
Launching 2026.
✅ Things We Are Still Improving
We don’t hide weaknesses. Real sustainability is honest:
We’re actively exploring smarter solutions, and we’ll update this page with new progress. Sustainability is a journey — not a badge.
