RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery only for faulty or damaged items. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition/packaging.
To start a return, email admin@163archives.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Return shipping is paid by the customer and is non-refundable. If a refund is approved, any return shipping costs already paid by 163 ARCHIVES may be deducted from the refund.

Because our garments are produced in controlled, limited runs (NOT FOR EVERYONE), we do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International orders may attract customs duties/taxes. These charges are payable by the customer and are not covered by 163 ARCHIVES.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

You must not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright). Do not transmit viruses, malware, or destructive code. Breach of any Term may result in immediate termination of your access.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
Except for credit-card data, which is always encrypted in transit, your content may be transferred unencrypted and adapted to meet technical requirements of networks/devices.

Some items may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. We’ve worked to display colours and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee your device’s display.
We may limit sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction; limit quantities; or discontinue products at any time. All descriptions and pricing are subject to change at our sole discretion. We do not warrant that any product or service will meet your expectations or that errors will be corrected.

ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We may refuse or cancel any order, including those placed under the same account, card, billing or shipping address. We may attempt to contact you via the details provided if an order is changed or cancelled.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account details, and to promptly update them (email, card numbers, expiry dates) so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. See our Returns section for more detail.
